Description
It looks like the AM 1.5 package installer is not correctly setting permissions for the directory used by the AIP reingest feature (not sure if only on upgrades or also new installs)

As a workaround until this issue is resolved, we've had success running:
chmod 770 /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/watchedDirectories/system/reingestAIP/
as a fix.
