Interestingly, I could only reproduce this in IE (I was using 11). In other browsers (FF, Chrome), the Actor tooltips appear inline below the relevant field, instead of in the left margin.

Actually - I think the repositioning is just part of the repsonsiveness. When the width is wide enough, the tooltips appear in the sidebar for all browsers - but the overflow problem is not an issue in Firefox. The user in the forum suggested the following:

(no rendering issues with FF. add word-wrap?)
