Description
This is part of a sponsored feature to facilitate automation of re-ingestion of AIPs for the purpose of DIP creation. This particular ticket is to relate AIPs and DIPs in storage to another, so that if re-ingest is called to create a DIP, but a DIP already exists for that AIP it could be communicated back to the user.
