Description

In release 2.2, we introduced the ability for users to generate PDF (issue #7462) and RTF (issue #7615) finding aids from existing descriptions. It would be nice if there was a way for users to generate finding aids for all existing descriptions based on the current finding aid settings (in Admin > Settings > Finding Aid).

Note that in version 2.4 users have an alternative option to upload locally created finding aids instead see issue #9627. The task should therefore by default ignore descriptions with uploaded finding aids (so they are not overwritten and/or extra, unattached finding aids are not generated unnecessarily), or include some options for how this behavior should be handled - such as keeping the uploaded ones by default, but including an --overwrite option that would replace uploaded finding aids as well.

Note that the DAL script will FAIL when run in 2.4.x because it will fail ACL checks added in ticket 9999/10000 since creating a job from the CLI does not have a proper user associated with the QubitJob. In stable/2.3.x the Job management page displays "Command line" in the User column.
