Description
A long time ago there was a test or something that involved creating a bunch of tables starting with a "q_" prefix. These are no longer needed but they've kept popping up in client data for years, I think it's time to finally put a rest to it and do a migration in 2.5 that gets rid of them. :)

I verified this works myself, it'd be difficult for QA people to reproduce without hunting down the right db data.
