Description

In the Docker Compose section of the Developers Manual the instruction to check out the AtoM sources is this:

git clone -b stable/2.4.x https://github.com/artefactual/atom.git atom

In the Windows environment that does not work; changing it to this does:

git clone -b stable/2.4.x https://github.com/artefactual/atom.git --config core.autocrlf=input atom

Darren, which Windows command line tool are you using? I've used the "official" git command line app and I am pretty sure it does automatic conversion of line-endings.

This was sent to us by a community user via . I'm not familiar enough with our Docker env or the git commands used to evaluate if it's necessary, and wanted input from our team whether we need to make any changes in our docs or not.
