When AtoM is not installed in the default location, but is instead being served from a sub-directory of the root, it will have a URL like the following (rather the usual http://example.com/)

In that case, exports from the clipboard have a URL like: instead of

Hi Tim,

I don't have an easy way to reproduce this locally, but have you confirmed that this isn't one of the variables affected by the baseURL setting in Admin > Settings > Site information? As in, have you ensured that the base URL setting conforms to the http://example.com/path/to/atom path, and reproduced the issue with this in place? Just thought I'd check!

Hi Dan - a good thought ... but it turns out that the base URL is indeed set.

One other thing to clarify is that this is only happening for public users (with results in an "alert alert-success" div). Authenticated users are directed to the job management page, where the download link is correct.
