Description

Problem: When finding aid setting is 'inventory summary' (Admin > Settings > Inventory) the TOC of a generated finding aid only lists the Series level of description, although ant other parallel levels in the description appear in the table following the TOC. This was reported by a client. We have confirmed that when the FA is set at 'inventory summary' the only levels the TOC recognizes are 'series' 'record group' and 'collection' even when other levels of description are at the same level in the hierarchy.

Can this be checked out to look at the XSLT and determine exactly what's coded in there in terms of levels, and provide some ballparks on what it would take to make changes.

Example:

Description:
  • Fonds
  • * Series
  • * Sous-fonds
  • * Collection
  • * Record group
  • * File
Finding aid set at Inventory: current behaviour
TOC
  • Series descriptions
  • * Series
  • * Collection
  • * Record group
Finding aid set at Inventory summary: expected/desired behaviour
TOC
  • Series descriptions (follows the hierarchy of the description)
  • * Series
  • * Sous-fonds
  • * Collection
  • * Record group
  • * File
