Description

This enhancement is being added to support the replacement of AtoM's current Flash-based media player (Flowplayer v3.1) with MediaElementJs, an HTML5-based player - see issue #12902 for more details.

The MediaElement player prefers mp4 derivatives by default. This enhancement will allow system administrators to update existing FLV video derivatives to MP4, for playback in AtoM's new media player, without having to regenerate all derivatives.
