Description

When a DIP is uploaded, the file extensions appear in the information object title fields even if DIP upload setting is set to delete file extensions

To reproduce

Log in, and in Admin > Settings > DIP upload set "Strip file extensions from information object names" to yes
Generate a DIP in Archivematica and upload it to AtoM

Result
File extension is still appearing in the title
