Description

This feature enhancement will allow a system administrator to set a container ID in config/app.yml that enables the script and iframe snippets required by Google Tag Manager. Google Tag manager can help provide more detailed analytics, such as time spent on a page, links clicked, and downloads started. For more information, see:

Proposed addition to config/app.yml:

  # Google Analytics:
  ...
  # Set a Google Tag Manager container ID
  # E.g.: GTM-1234
  google_tag_manager_container_id:

Users will then be able to define custom Tags and view the resulting analytics data via Google's Tag Manager interface.
