Description
Steps to reproduce
You'll need an instance that includes the fix for https://projects.artefactual.com/issues/13258 and to have description updates with different dates.
1. Set "Enable description change logging" to "yes" in the Global settings
2. Go to the "Admin -> the Description updates" page
3. In the "Filter options" set "Filter by date range" to a range within your data
4. The "End" date is used for filtering but the "Start" date isn't
