Description
To recreate:
- add a new entry in the Actor relationship type taxonomy (e.g. "hierarchical" - "has students" with the converse relationship "is a student of").
- go to the Add Actor form and create a new relationship. The "Relationship type" dropdown will list the relationship types with the text "<em>Untitled</em>" added as a suffix. (see attached screencapture).
