Description

1) Make sure your default template is set to RAD in Admin > Settings > Default template
2) Fill out some basic record properties - title, LOD, identifier
3) In the Dates of creation area, add several new actors, creating new stub authority records on the fly. For example:

  • Add a new creation event with a new creator record
  • Add a new publication event with a new publisher
  • Add a new broadcast event with a new broadcaster
  • Add a new accumulation event with a new accumulator

4) Save the description

Resulting error

In some cases, all actor relations are lost during save, and only the dates are recorded. I've managed to reproduce this a few times, and have attached a video showing the issue.

Expected result

  • All event relations are properly saved with links to the related new stub actor records
