In AtoM's build.xml, the task 'i18n-push-translations' does not check if every plugin has an i18n folder before attempting to extract AtoM's strings. In the case where a new plugin folder has been introduced, it is very likely that it will not already have an i18n folder and the string task will stop prematurely as a result.

Ensure that the task to create the i18n folders inside plugins is run before attempting 'i18n-push-translations'.
