Description

When the digitalobject task is used to attach images to existing descriptions, the parent information object is not being reindexed correctly in Elasticsearch. This results in 'Untitled' being displayed for this information object when viewed in any search results derived from the ES index itself.

Desired behaviour:
Digital objects and parent records are re-indexed correctly when using the digitalobject:load task with the --index option.

Workaround:
Reindex affected descriptions post digital-object import.

It turns out there's logic in the QubitDigitalObject save functionality to re-index the parent object but it was failing to do an sfConfig-related issue.
