Description

The global search and replace menu item was hidden (issue #5595) "temporarily" in 2013 with the intention of replacing the functionality using a background job (Wishlist issue #4516). The module no longer works in qa/2.x and there is no funding to replace it. At this point I think it's best to remove the old, broken global search & replace code from AtoM altogether as it's a possible security risk to keep unmaintained code in the application.
