Description
add an option to ORM get() methods to retrieve the get() value from
ancestors if they aren't present for the current object. This feature would
traverse up the nested set ancestor tree until it hits a populated value
for that attribute (or returns null if it goes all the way to the top of
the collection without encountering a value for that attribute)
