Description

A beta-tester would like to know if there's any way to indicate at, say,
the file or item level, that this is a level of description representing
archival materials that the user can actually request. Maybe add a button
that says "Request these materials" which sends an e-mail to the reference
archivist? We may have discussed this before but I can't find the issue.
