Description

to avoid entering and duplicating already inherited values.
1) in edit forms: show inherited value above the form control
2) in create forms: will require ajax to listen to the select parent event.

Applies to Creator and Repository fields. If a lower level description duplicates a
value for one of these two fields, a validation notice should be thrown on the Show
template:

"Creator - This creator is already inherited from a higher level. Do not repeat the
same value at this level."

"Repository - This repository is already inherited from a higher level. Do not repeat
the same value at this level."
