Description
add ability for public users to add blog-style comments to templates and
static pages (in particular for digital objects).
For data model: add each comment as a QubitNote with type set to
"UserComment".
Will need to incoporate one or more anti-spamming techniques, or, require
creation of email verified user account before commenting is allowed.
