[g] Legacy categories: Component-Print-Output

This feature will support the creation and downloading of a PDF version of an AtoM finding aid which uses the RAD template. Further development will be necessary to make this functional with other description templates.

PDF finding aids will be generated by an authenticated user; a download link will then be available to both authenticated and public users.
