Description
To reproduce this error:

1)Go to Admin > Settings > global
2)Set "Upload multi-page files as multiple descriptions" to no
3)Go to information object show screen
4)Upload the attached multi-page tiff file
Resulting error:
================
No pager in reference display copy
Expected result:
================
Should be pager for multi-page objects no matter what "Upload multi-page files as multiple descriptions" is set to

- Target version changed from Release 1.1 to Release 1.2
Won't fix for 1.1. No pager can be shown if the multi-file object isn't exploded on upload. However, maybe we can refactor multi-page viewing (and other aspects of digital object viewing and manipulation) in 1.2, so I'm changing this to an enhancement and bumping to 1.2.
