Wrong start/end year when using uncertain dates
|Target version:||Release 1.3|
|Google Code Legacy ID:||atom-1859||Tested version:|
To reproduce this error:
In information object edit screen, enter an uncertain date in the Date field - for example:
1)[193?] - 1977
2)1932 - [197?]
In the first example, the start year is automatically filled in as 193. In the second example, the start year is filled in as 197 and the end year is filled in as 1932.
In the first example, the start year should maybe be 1930. In the second example the start year should maybe be 1932 and the end year should be 1970.

just like in 1.0.9, one can still manually enter standardized start and end date
1.1 enhances 1.0.9 by guessing, and hopefully it's useful in many common cases, e.g. "1886-2003, predominant 1886-1993" it guesses start and end date "1886" and "2003". but one can still manually enter start and end date if it guesses wrong. and it will not replace manually entered start or end date with guesses
it's not meant to guess every date - just the very easy ones, which hopefully are frequent. for the rest, the behavior is identical to 1.0.9

- Priority changed from Critical to Medium
- Target version changed from Release 1.1 to Release 1.2
Oops, sorry, didn't realize that if you change the start and end years manually the correct dates are saved.
