In cover-flow viewer, generic blank icons appear in cover-flow viewer, as per attached screenshot.
Expected result:

Have icons that indicate the files are audio and video files.

Simple Icons for Audio and Video files would give users confidence that digital objects are attached and available. Would be great to fix for v.1.2
