Thumbnail images of draft descriptions with digital objects appear in cover-flow viewer

- In admin > settings > global, set default publication status to Draft
- Upload digital objects to a published description
- Log out
Thumbnails of the objects appear in the cover-flow viewer
Thumbnails should not appear in the viewer because the descriptions they are attached to are drafts. This is probably related to "/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=1409": issue 1409 .

If digital image is linked to item-level description, but the status of that item-level description is draft (the status of the collection is published) the thumbnail is viewable in the scrolling viewer to public users. If you click on the thumbnail image in the scrolling viewer you are denied permission to view the item-level description and the image. Everything is viewable to an authorized user.
