To reproduce this error:
User turned on OAI support for install of the DCB and received errors when trying verb=ListMetadataFormats

Resulting error:
Error report attached.

Note: Other verbs (Identify, ListSets, ListIndentifiers) worked as expected.

The problem seems to be with the symfony code around line 46 (to look up the admin e-mail address) - the error is Class 'QubitUserRoleRelation' not found. I replaced it with the code at the end of identifyComponent.class.php, and that seems to work (once a couple issues relating to error handling are addressed.
