Description

To reproduce this error: ========================
1)Create description called "Test" and another called "Fun"
2)Global search and replace
3)Enter "Test" for first search
4)Add another search row,
5)Select "or" condition from dropwodn
6)Enter "Fun" for search term

Resulting error: ================
"Test" is found, but "Fun" is not (see screenshot)

Expected result: ================
Should find "Test" and "Fun"

Note: was searching specifically for "Title" in both cases

Setting both rows to "or" makes this work (see screenshot #2). Maybe this is intentional behaviour?

  • Subject set to Global search and replace "and/or" criteria is confusing
  • Priority changed from High to Medium

Downgrade to medium priority and change label to reflect that boolean operators work, but the interface is not very intuitive.
