To reproduce this error: ========================
1) In MemoryBC, create a new or edit an existing authority record.
2) Add a Maintenance note and save the record
3) Edit the record again and the note has disappeared

NOTE: This was previously reported as "/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=1381": Issue 1381 : Maintenance note not being saved in ISAAR record and reported as fixed in November 2010.

It looks as though the error has been reintroduced.

Maintenance note should be saved.
