In edit template the Add New hyperlink is in English ONLY, in rights and donor dialogs the "submit" and "cancel" button are in English ONLY.

To reproduce this error:
- Select any language other than English
- Open Accession Edit template and go to Rights or Donor Area
- ADD NEW hyperlink in English, all other labels in selected language
- Rights and Donor dialogs at bottom "Submit" or "Cancel" buttons in English, not in selected language
Expected result:
All labels and buttons and hyperlinks should be in selected language
