Description

The QubitRelation object is created in the object table, but its corresponding record is not being inserted in the relation table. I can reproduce in the machine where /strathclyde is running but not locally. Different PHP versions.

Important: it is creating orphan records in the object table that may should be removed.

^ The user documentation shows how new archival descriptions shown an accession area. This is issue is producing that that information does not show up.

If you are experiencing /p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=2344, you can fix it as follows:

1. Upgrade to Release 1.2.1 <https://www.qubit-toolkit.org/wiki/Release_1.2.1&gt;, or download the script from <https://gist.github.com/2891971>
2. Open a terminal, and navigate to the root of your ICA-AtoM or DCB installation,
3. Enter the following command:

php symfony tools:fix-issue-2344
