We have the new "Requires documentation" label to keep track of this stuff. Going to verify this issue.

For documentation, the goal for 2.2 will be to create a data entry template page, similar to the RAD, DACS, ISAD, DC, ISAAR, etc ones. use the ref "premis-template" to link the page.
