Description

To reproduce this error: ========================
1)With a browser window maximized (full screen), navigate to an information object.
2)Hover over all the information objects in the treeview - the pop up that displays the full title will appear to the right of the treeview
3)Resize the browser window to a smaller size (half screen or less), so that nothing to the right of the treeview is visible
4)Hover over the information objects in the treeview again

Resulting error: ================
pop up continues to display to the right side of the treeview - i.e., in an area of the screen no longer visible to the user

Expected result: ================
pop up should now appear to the left of the treeview, within the browser window.

NOTE: This appears to be a caching issue - if a user selects an information object in the treeview while the browser window is resized to a smaller view, the pop up will now display correctly on the left hand side of the treeview.
