Description
To reproduce this error:
1)Switch current culture to something other than English
2)Upload a digital object
Resulting error:
Upload path is missing the "uploads" directory, e.g.
http://www.example.com/ica-atom/r/null/1/1/111/sample.gif
Expected result:
Upload path should include "uploads" directory, e.g.
http://www.example.com/ica-atom/uploads/r/null/1/1/111/sample.gif

Tested both linking and importing digital objects in languages other than English - it works.
