edit archival description (RAD)
in the title and statement of responsibility area select the note type drop-down
resulting error:
pop-up box is kinda far away
expected result:
pop-up closer to data entry drop-down

I think that this is fixed now.

Yup, the table fixes in the CSS layout address this. Looks good.
