to reproduce:
go to edit creator name in an archival description
click on pencil
resulting error:
nothing happens
expected result:
pencil icon action opens edit name and date template

One of our users reported a similar issue - nothing happened when clicking on the pencil for the contact area in an ISDIAH record (using 1.3.1 for the first time).
This was in Firefox 22.x. After upgrading to 23.0.1, it worked; and it was also working already in Safari.
