from Sylvia:
is there any way to generate a result list of records that have ANY or NO information in any of the fields available in the advanced search? For example, if I wanted to find all records with any data at all in the “access conditions” field – OR all records with no data in the same field – is there some way to do that? In the old system I could place an asterisk in the search box and the program would return all results with data in the selected field. If I set the Boolean operator to “not” and then used the asterisk, it would return all records with no data in that field.

This is not supported in the current version of AtoM. I will discuss this with David to find out if this feature is in the development roadmap for future versions or not.
