Description
Create CSV import script for PREMIS rights. Must allow linking rights to an existing descriptive record.

You can now import PREMIS rights and associate them with information objects using the symfony task:
./symfony csv:premis-import
Please note: it's highly recommended you use the --source-name option to pick the appropriate namespace when using this task. So if your pertinent information objects are in namespace "CVA" when you imported them, use e.g.:
./symfony csv:premis-import --source-name=CVA ./premis.csv
I've attached the example PREMIS rights CSV file I used to test this task.
