Description
The Identifier field is missing from the Global Search and Replace drop-down of available fields.
You can search the field using the search interface, but you cannot select it for editing in the replace interface.
For example:
In ICA-AtoM demo site (running 1.3.1. ICA-AtoM):
1. Go to Search and Replace in Admin menu.
2. Search for "98435" - result is 7 records all related to Townley Matheson fonds, which has an Identifier of 98435.
3. Replace with "88888", but their is no corresponding field from the drop-down list (e.g., Identifier field).
4. Hit return.
5. ICA-AtoM warns that 7 records will be changed. Agree to continue.
6. Results in no records being changed. Search for "98435" results in same 7 records with no changes made.
Suggested fix:
- all fields should be added to search and replace?
Or are we suggesting to Admin to use phpMyAdmin?
