Browse Places view page confusing

Browse Places results page gives a place and relevant record and then provides a list on the left of other places in the database, but it is confusing.
There is no facet title on the left side, so the viewer doesn't really know what that list is about.

click on Browse places
select a place from the list
atom view page shows related archival descriptions in center and then there is a list of Place names on the left side of the screen at the top of the facet column
i was suggesting that the PLACES grey facet bar should be at the top of the list of Place names, so you know what that list is.
this fix would be throughout the database, so that the list of subjects on the second click of the browse subjects would also show the SUBJECTS grey facet bar at the top of the list.
