Remove "relevancy" as a sort option for Browse pages

Description
Currently navigating to any one of the browse pages offers the option of sorting the results by relevancy - but relevancy does not apply on browse, as the user has not entered any query that would determine what is relevant. This option should not be available on browse pages.
