Description

1) Go to ArchivesCanada demo site, navigate to a description. Place cursor in search bar
2) Dropdown reveals option to search in related institution, or global
3) Go to dev site for 2.0., navigate to a description. Place cursor in search bar.

Resulting error
Only global search is available

Expected result
Option to limit to repository is present from archival descriptions linked to a repository.

In AC Beta, the default behavior was to limit to the repository when viewing a description, and make the user switch back to global. I'm not sure if this is the most desirable default behaviour or not, but having the option to perform either search was useful and should be returned.
