Description

For the CLI task import:bulk, we need to be able to set which taxonomy SKOS concepts get imported to.

Just found this old ticket kicking around; was still marked "In progress." This feature was added to 2.1, via a --taxonomy flag available in the import:bulk CLI command. I tested it while preparing the 2.1 public release, and have documented its use.
