Description

It's not clear from the task itself if this is the expected behaviour, but it seems to me it would be better for the find-repository-latlng task to leave any existing values alone (on the assumption that those have been manually entered). Ideally providing the ability to overwrite via an option.

Now, by default, existing lat/long values will be skipped. By adding "--overwrite" to the end of the command like so:

php symfony tools:find-repository-latlng --overwrite

...a user can choose to overwrite the existing values with those returned by the tool.
