Make derivatives use the same directory as the master copy in the uploads/ folder

Description
Currently AtoM stores uploads in a series of folders based on the file's checksum. We should probably not make separate directories for derivatives and instead put them all in the checksum-named directory for the master copy. This will make "re-attaching" digital objects possible.
