OAI - earliestDateStamp not formatted correctly for Identify verb

"the response I get for verb=Identify is not in accordance with the schema, i.e. earliestDatestamp is not a valid value of UTCdatetimeType.
The value provided is of the form YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss"

There are other dates in plugins/arOaiPlugin/modules/arOaiPlugin/actions/identifyComponent.class.php that are already being formatted correctly, e.g.
$this->date = gmdate('Y-m-d\TH:i:s\Z');
so it looks like earliestDateStamp just got missed.

The other dates seem to be compliant, so it looks like the fix would be fairly simple, at line 37 here:

Tested using the validator at validator.oaipmh.com; earliestDateStamp no longer throwing a warning or error.
