Description

This currently seems to apply to ListIdentifiers and ListRecords.

validator.oaipmh.com returns: Element '{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}resumptionToken': This element is not expected.

Based on the OAI-PMH schema, <resumptionToken> should appear before the closing tags for </ListIdentifiers> and </ListRecords> (it currently appears after). Moving it manually (in the validator) corrects the error.
