Make permission denied message clearer / potentially add login box

Currently in AtoM when a user's login times out due to inactivity, they're brought to a generic "Permission denied" page if they were say, in the middle of editing a draft description, went afk, then came back 20 minutes later and hit "cancel".

The generic message makes it unclear that the user simply timed out, perhaps we should add a "perhaps you timed out..." to the error message, and possibly a login right there so the user can login / continue onto the page they were going to.

sfBasicSecurityUser class exposes a getter called getTimedOut().
