Description

Dropping SIP into Quarantine may result in files being locked but no
actions being taken (i.e. anti-virus check, identification/validation
etc.). Changing the folder name for the quarantined SIP causes the process
to be triggered successfully; also, running one file through quarantine
before processing any SIPs seems to prevent the problem. Changing accession
script from f-sniper to inchron may fix this issue.

Fixed in 0.5. Problem was at least partially due to the fact that users were copying
and pasting into quarantine folder instead of dragging and dropping. User
documentation has been updated.
