History

#1 Updated by Evelyn McLellan over 10 years ago

  • Subject set to Automatically delete copies of SIP, AIP, accession reports etc. once scripts have run
  • Priority changed from Medium to High

Changed title and description to be more comprehensive:

-Automatically remove SIP from generateAIP once it has been bagged and sent to receiveAIP
-Automatically remove AIP from generateDIP once it has been uploaded to Qubit
-Automatically remove reports from accessionreports once AIP has been bagged and sent
to receiveAIP?

  • Status changed from New to Verified

Marking Fixed, it should be noted that with the current setup there are no checks to
ensure that the SIP has made it to receiveAIP or that the AIP has made it into qubit.
If one of these steps fails the files(SIP,AIP) will still be deleted. Future
versions of archivematica will address this, if this causes problems with the current
build this fix can be easily reverted.

Fixed-Automatically remove SIP from generateAIP once it has been bagged and sent to
receiveAIP
Fixed-Automatically remove AIP from generateDIP once it has been uploaded to Qubit

wontFix-Automatically remove reports from accessionreports once AIP has been bagged
and sent to receiveAIP?... there is currently no way todo this
